Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. In the event of a delay or backorder, we will notify you via email.
- Shipping Methods and rates: We offer UPS shipping and the shipping rate is $9.95.
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You may also log in to your account to track your package.
- Delivery Time frames: Delivery time frames will vary based on the destination of the package. 3 Day shipping typically takes 3-4 days, except holidays. Please contact us if you need overnight or express delivery.
- International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Delivery Issues: We will work with the carriers in case of any delivery issues caused by the carrier, such as lost or stolen packages and we will reship if necessary.
